Cozy basement apartment in Abtenau 2-4 persons

Our basement apartment is located in a 2-family house right in the center of Abtenau. It can be a comfortable holiday here, especially if you are traveling during the day and wish to have a cozy place in the evening ; spacious facilities, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with towels, Wc (over the corridor), large kitchen with dining table, corner seat, LCD-TV and DVD player. The living room is simple but comfortable and tastefully decorated. The wooden table in the kitchen offers several people space for a cozy get-together. In the hallway to the toilet, carpets are laid out. The bedroom has a carpet, very pleasant and quiet. In the second bedroom is a bunk bed and a children/cot; also there is a carpet. The bathroom has underfloor heating. An infrared cabin is also available. We leave free space to our guests, but are available for questions. 1 min. to the bus stop (+ post office), approx. 20 min. to the motorway in Golling, approx. 50 min. to the airport in Salzburg Public swimming pool in Abtenau, approx. 5 min. Ski station Karkogel approx. 10 min. Both within good walking distance. Supermarkets nearby - 5-10 min. on foot: BILLA and SPAR. About 5min. to the next bakery.
