Bellbird - Free wifi plus breakfast first morning.

This lovely studio is attached to our property but is totally private with its own lane, entrance and parking. Shops, cafes and beaches are 5 mins drive. The space is very clean, quiet and well appointed with a mini kitchen, new smart tv, free internet, cosy flame effect heater, covered deck with baby webber bbq and a private area to sit outside under the trees. Continental breakfast provided (in fridge) for your first morning. Key lock safe on entry. Linen and towels provided. Enjoy! You may use entire studio plus space immediately outside for bbq and relaxing. The kitchen is small so not really suitable for cooking huge meals. However, we provide a mini bake oven, single stove hob, microwave, electric pan, plus extra pots and pans etc. The BBQ can also be used for baking/roasting and needs about 5/10 mins to heat up. Please stay in area provided for your privacy and ours. The studio is attached to our property but please do not come and knock on our door. A text or call if needed would be appreciated. Key is in key lock safe on deck. The code and address are provided just prior to arrival. Inside the studio is a locked door that leads to our storage area snd garage. I use this when cleaning for supplies. It will be locked during your stay. I am available via text at any time Mount Eliza has a lovely array of shops and cafes towards the end of Canadian Bay Rd. Known as the gateway to the Peninsula Mount Eliza also boasts many wineries and easy access to various activities. The beaches are arguably the best on the peninsula and we do not get the terrible crowds over summer as further down the peninsula due to Mount Eliza having a more permanent population. There is a small set of shops if you turn right at the Humphries Rd end of Bellbird Rd just before roundabout. A French bakery, bottle shop and fish and chips plus general store. You can get good coffee at general store and bakery. There is also a good cafe (the corner pantry) 10 mins walk from studio if you turn right onto Canadian Bay and then first left to top at roundabout. Plus there is a hairdresser called Mayko there too :) You will need a car or use Uber to get around. The busses are frequent but do not pass our property. It is a 20 min walk to bus stop. Due to current world events I am taking extra precautions with cleaning. Between bookings I am airing out the studio and disinfecting remotes, door handles and all hard surfaces to protect my guests and my self! Out of curtesy to our neighbours we have a loud noise curfew after 11pm thanks. If you accidentally leave any items behind we will ask for you to send a return address envelope of appropriate size for their return if needed. Thank you. We ask that if you are to have any visiting guests, they be made known to us prior and no more than 2 cars parked in drive way please. Only 2 guests are permitted to stay unless otherwise arranged.
