Dauphinoise house in the small village of Faverges de la Tour in North Isère, near the mountains and near the Paladru and Aiguebellette lakes. Close to many tourist sites, Walibi park, Balme caves, and many cultural and historical visits - medieval towns of Crémieu and Morestel ... Our house in the Ruat undoubtedly has the particular charm of the Dauphinoise houses. In October 2020, we completely redesigned the kitchen in a style that is both modern and in harmony with that of the dining room. A beautiful wooden staircase leads you from the entrance of the house, under the gaze of our ancestors, to the first floor of your 20 m² bedroom. We have renovated the parquet in your private space; we also repainted a vintage headboard in soft, warm tones; a pretty wooden and marble dressing table serves as a desk; a century-old wardrobe allows you to store your belongings during your stay; finally an old, rejuvenated wooden chest welcoming a few soft toys and a naive painting that I made in mosaic placed on an easel complete the decoration that we hope is welcoming. The small private bathroom adjoining your bedroom has also undergone a facelift, even if we wanted to keep its quaint style. A 10,000 m² meadow where horses from a neighboring farm quietly spend their days and a field of the same size, cultivated without pesticides ... alongside our house on either side. On the east side, the mountains are revealed to us and blaze at sunset.
