Located in the ground floor of SEA RIA building this independent 3 bedroom apartment was recently renovated to offer modern comfort and energy efficiency without loosing the 70's charm of this late modernism architecture/decor. Full with natural light and with access to the SEA RIA patio! Located in the center of Costa Nova beach it is the perfect spot for you to start your journey of discovery Center of Portugal! This 3 bedroom apartment has all its divisions served with of natural light and views to Aveiro's Lagoon (Ria de Aveiro) from the bedroom windows! 2 of the bedrooms have double beds and 1 has a bunk bed, all have air conditioning, electric blinds, towels and linens. There is the possibility to add cribs. There are 2 bathrooms are modern with shower and we offer hand soap, shower gel and shampoo and Professional hairdryers. There is also a service toilet. The kitchen has all the kitchenware (by Costa Nova®) and induction plate, microwave, oven, smeg® refrigerator, coffee machine, juice machine, blender and others... Connected to the building there is a laundromat with washing and drying machines at your disposal for very low prices (a special card is given to offer discounts). The dining and living room offers the possibility to join all together! And has a sofa bed. There is also another small living room. There is excellent Wi-fi signal in all the apartment and the smart tv in the living rooms offer the possibility to share contents from your mobile phones, navigate the internet or use services like Netflix®. The patio can also be use for outdoor time with available furniture set. All the decor, furniture and appliances where thought to give you clean and fresh environment and to make you feel @ home! In the highest landmark point of Costa Nova, you'll be in the center of all local attraction points and fully served with connections to public transport and other mobility options you'll be ready to discover all the Center of Portugal with this central shelter! We are here to help you get the most of your time in Sea Ria, Aveiro and Portugal, however we don't like to disturbe... you can decide if you want us to be there or not! ALERT: Don't be scared if people salute you and treat you as family as soon as they see you!! ;) In Costa Nova, everything is in short walking distance... even the lighthouse in the beach close to us, Barra, is in a walking distance with a very nice walking path... To reach Aveiro or other locations you can easily get the bus 20 meteres away from our place, call a taxi, rent a car or bicycle(great way to discover our region… lots of bike paths!) or just book with us a private tour!
