Minutes away from attractions such as Bedruthan Steps and the upmarket Watergate Bay's stunning beach, bars/restaurants. The interior has been decorated with an earthy relaxing feel, has distant sea views, and an outside decking area with amazing sunsets. It is set in our garden in approximately two acres of land only 400m from Newquay airport. Ideal for two people. The open-plan studio is spacious with an en suite bathroom and modern, fully equipped galley kitchen, with everything you would expect including gas hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and fridge freezer. We can provide additional items; ironing boards, vacuum etc on request. We sadly do not accept dogs in this property however our other listing does accept dogs. There is an outside decking area perfect for dining outside and taking in the surrounding rural views. We live in the cottage on site. Guests have their own space, we are available if needed. We live on green belt land, surrounded by rolling fields, and a working farm which is adjacent to the studio. Ideal if you want to escape to the real Cornish countryside. We are surrounded by farm animals at certain times of year there are piglets, calves and lambs running around. There are some great local pubs within walking distance and the picturesque 16th century village of St Mawgan a short walk away. We are 400m (5 minute walk)from Newquay airport, with excellent links to London, Leeds, Manchester and parts of Europe. Watergate bays stunning surf beach is just 2 mins by car (20 min walk) and family friendly Mawgan Porth beach 4 mins by car (40 min walk) A car is ideal but there are regular buses that go to all major surrounding towns from the airport. By car Padstow is 20 mins Port Isaac is 35 and St Ives 1 hour. We are also 20 mins from Wadebridge where the Royal Cornwall show is held. There are numerous stunning coastal walks nearby, access to the South West Coast path is a short distance away, where you can walk to Bedruthan Steps and other areas of natural beauty. Please note we have 2 sausage dogs that live on our property with us, they are friendly.
