At the ground floor, a fully equipped Scavolini kitchen and comfortable dining/living areas, a small wardrobe and bathroom with washing machine. On the first floor, a cosily wood furnished bedroom with king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. Full wall scenic window with broad view of the surrounding mountains and sunset. Satellite TV and Wifi coverage, parking space, own garden, outside table, sun chairs and sun shade. La casa fa parte di una proprietà più ampia della metà del XIX secolo. Si accede direttamente con la macchina al cortile ed area parcheggio condivisa dove c'è a disposizione il posto auto. Una rampa in parte pavimentata in pietra porta alla casa che gode di una propria parte del giardino terrazzato. Gli ospiti possono usufruire di un tavolino esterno per le consumazioni, un ombrellone e due sedie sdraio. La casa è fornita di TV satellitare e Wifi. Il cambio della biancheria avviene a fine soggiorno e comunque una volta alla settimana per soggiorni più lunghi di 6 giorni. It shares the parking area where from a paved path leads to the dedicated terraced garden. A coffee table for two, parasol and deck chairs are available for the guests. Guests also have access to Satellite TV and Wifi. Bed and bathroom linens are changed at the end of the stay or once a week for longer stays. Equally, the house is cleaned before check in and after check out or once a week for longer stays. Gli ospiti hanno a disposizione l'intera casa. It is a separate building from the main house and guests have access to their own terraced garden. The entry to the property and the parking are are shared, guests have their own parking space. Egro is an idyllic, old Italian mountain village, surrounded by the quiet hills overlooking the western shore of Lake Orta at ca. 600 metres above sea level. It is enriched by narrow pebble stone-paved, pedestrian only lanes, a small village square with church, beautiful historical houses and villas. Egro is the ideal starting point for local walking paths as it stands along the "Giro Lago", the path running around Lake Orta, in the section uphill from Pella to Cesara and Nonio. It is also an excellent location to discover Lake Orta, Lake Maggiore, Lake Orta and Lake Mergozzo areas, as well as the nearby Alps (Ossola). Egro is a very tranquil village, the ideal place to recover from frenzy city life and enjoy the sounds of nature. There are no shops or public venues other than a small local "Circolo" to drink or eat traditional food (opening times to be checked). A few more details on how to get here: once you arrive in Egro follow the right hand road and directions “loc.Belvedere”. You shall drive ca.700 mette, the road goes downhill a bit and then turns slightly rightwards. You will find yourself in front of a high pitched, red roofed House, with a little chapel on the lett: you have almost arrived!
