COVID CLEAN 10 acres of space. Home sits in a beautiful valley with a beautiful oak tree setting. 1 hr 10 min to SIERRA SKI RANCH !!!! Home has 3 bedrooms with doors. One bedroom has barn doors. Home is located central to Amador and El Dorado County wineries. River rafting, hiking, historic Placerville gold town and Folsom shopping. Close to many wedding venues. Owners live on Ranch. Little or no contact. During COVID Owner does not use common spaces with guests :) Listen to the frogs and crickets at night while star gazing from the hot tub or out on the deck. Enjoy the horses grazing . Very relaxing:) GUEST House, decks, yard, pool, spa, fire pit, out door dining, kitchen and bathroom. Pool and large outdoor patio with kitchen, restroom and TV is about a 100' walk from guest house. The common areas are for guests only. Owners live on the ranch also and do not use the facilities when in use by guests. ABSOLUTELY NO LARGE PARTIES ! POOL, SPA and OUT DOOR KITCHEN FOR USE OF overnight GUESTS ONLY.
