Luxury villa, secluded with pool large garden area

Luxury villa (officially classed 5*) with private swimming pool and garden, in the beautiful Dordogne countryside. 3 large and sunny bedrooms with ensuite private shower rooms ( + mezzanine sofa bed for 2 w/t shared bathroom). Landscaped grassed garden with century old trees, stone barbecue, patio area, and beautiful forest walks to medieval villages nearby. Fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Wood burning stove and floor heating in winter. Accommodates couples, kids and furry friends. The grounds are private and secure with an remote control gate and fenced, and walled garden area. There are facilities for babies, toddlers (cot, high chair, safety gate). Also charging facilities for electric vehicles Guests have access to the house apart from private cellar and some garage space (one garage is available for storing personal items and drying clothes. The picnic and barbecue areas are available. The pool is available during the warmer months (closed in late autumn until spring season) I live 15 minutes away in Sarlat. I will meet and greet and be there for when you depart. The nearby village of St Cyprien has a weekly Sunday market which sells a range of local foods and products. For everyday shopping, the village has a baker, butcher, cheese-monger, wine merchant, and the supermarkets open 7 days a week. The major towns of Sarlat and Beynac are 15 minutes away. We recommend for most of our guests to have a car public transport is not available. However, arrangements can be made for pick up at the local railway stations, Sarlat or St Cyprien (24220), or airport pick up (optional extra) if given a days notice - Bergerac, Bordeaux and Toulouse are the main airports over two hours drive away. The guests are free to treat the house and grounds as their own during their stay. Smoking is restricted to outside and guests are kindly requested to manage their butts appropriately by disposing them in the rubbish bins provided. Pet owners are asked to manage their animals responsibly, collecting deposits and disposing them correctly. Parents are required to take responsibility of the little ones especially in and around the pool which has an alarm. Parties and social events are not allowed though arrangements can be made with the owner for entertainment uses.
