Boathouse Barndos (Brown one)

Boathouse Barndos offers all the comforts of home to a family of 7. Fully equipped kitchen, Wifi (and Ethernet), 65" Smart TV (local stations, Netflix and a Roku to allow you to access your networks), Blue-ray player, Samsung tablets (available on request),Laundry, 2 Living areas. Only 4 blocks from San Antonio Bay you have covered boat storage and backyard fish cleaning station, outdoor fire pit, charcoal grill and social area. Walking distance to the Bay, to restaurants and convenience store. The Barndo is fully furnished, and just a few blocks from the bay front, restaurants, and grocery stores. While the Barndo is very comfortable, we have an outdoor living area with BBQ and fire pit for outside fun. If you do a bit of fishing, our fish-cleaning station is available day and night. The outdoor living area with BBQ and fire pit is a great place to spend some relaxation time in the evening; grilling fresh shrimp/oysters depending on the season or toasting marshmallows for s'mores. And if you do a bit of fishing, our fish-cleaning station will come in handy! The parking area has room for four vehicles, including the attached carport/boat storage. Over 90% of the time we meet our guests and show them around. We try always to be available during our guest's stay. Seadrift is a quiet little town, and the Barndos are just a few blocks from the Bay Front. On Bay Ave. you'll see the public pier, a pavilion, a play ground, and boat docks, also a free public boat ramp and a paid boat ramp (if you brought your own boat with you). At the boat docks you can see the shrimp and oyster boats and you can purchase fresh bait for your fishing adventures, or fresh shrimp/oysters/crab for your table when in season. If you are in the mood for a walk, the bay front is just four blocks away. The beaches at Port O’Connor and Indianola are about a 25 minute drive from Seadrift. I have tried to provide most items you will need during you stay to limit packing. We provide enough fire wood for one night of marshmallow roasting and charcoal for one or two meals. Indoor bath towels and wash cloths etc shampoo, soap, and a few beach towels. All the dishes pots-n -pans etc used by most home cooks. I provide enough laundry soap for one load, dish soap, and a few pods for the dishwasher. Of course you are not responsible for washing towels and bedding I'll take care of that when you leave. Our listing prohibits pets. Guests with pet allergies expect our place to be safe for them. If a guest brings a pet, there will be a $500.00 claim filed for additional cleaning.
