Cozy private apartment with an amazing view

This beautiful new apartment features all you may need during your vacation time. Located only 700m from Liptovska Mara (dam) in a quiet village overlooking High and Low Tatras right from the terrace makes this place unique and unforgettable. The apartment is situated in the house with its own entrance and corridor. Apartmán sa nachádza v obci Ižipovce, 700m od priehrady Liptovská Mara. Z terasy je nádherný výhľad na Vysoké a Nízke Tatry. Apartmán je súčasťou domu, avšak má vlastný vchod. As a part of the house, there are two large terraces with unique view over Slovakia's most famous mountains called High Tatras and second terrace offers view on Low Tatras as well as Great Fatra mountain range. Another great attraction is our second largest dam Liptovska Mara just walking distance away from the house (25min) and Prosiek Valley (walking 25min). If you are a family with kids, you may enjoy Tatralandia Aquapark (5min by car) and/or Water Park Bešeňová (12min by car). Hence, this place offers blend of pristine relax while watching sheeps and game grazing right next to you during your morning coffee or countless touristic options with soothing procedures in aquaparks afterwards. Not to mention refreshing swim at Liptovska Mara during hot days. If you want to see all the options, there are two large touristic maps with necessary information (hike duration, difficulty, ...) right in your hallway on the right side of door leading to your apartment. Nearby there is a natural dam where you can swim and relax. The National Park Low Tatras is just few kilometers away as well as Tatra National Park, Prosiek valley with many trails for hiking. In this area you can find natural sights like caves, lakes, waterfalls and many more. The apartment is located in a small village with limited public transportation to the closest town which is 12km away. Therefore the pick up or drop off service in nearby locations are possible upon agreement for a fee (in any case less than taxi). We used to have one shop in Izipovce which is now however closed. There are several options in Liptovsky Trnovec, Liptovsky Mikulas and Ruzomberok. All of this depends surely which way are taking while coming to Izipovce. There is no problem to arrange grocery shopping on request for a fee either :)
