Lenchford Meadow Park Riverside Bungalow

"The Boathouse" aka "Osokozy cottage" is a traditional River Severn Fisherman's cottage with stunning river views. It has river front decking, a single mooring and space for fishing. A self catering two bedroom cottage with en suite facilities in both bedrooms. The Bungalow comprises of a double bedroom with en suite bath/shower; a twin room with en suite shower and a living room area with a sofa that has a fold out bed. Fully equipped kitchen with full oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Please let us know at the point of booking if you wish to have the double room or twin room or both. The Bungalow has decking space overlooking the river and a floating pontoon for boating and fishing. There is plenty of parking for cars. The Boat House is on The Lenchford Meadow Park which is gate controlled via a number plate recognition system. We will request your number plate prior to arrival. Directions: Enter the park and turn immediately left. Follow the road around to the right and the Boat House is on the left. It is the only blue building! I am more than happy to meet guests on arrival if required. The rural village of Shrawley with an 11 century Norman church and the stunning ancient woodland of Shrawley woods is located 7 miles North of the historic cathedral city of Worcester. The Boat House overlooks the River Severn, the longest river in the UK, and there is direct access to the river via a floating pontoon which has mooring for one boat and ample space for fishing. There is also a boat slipway on Lenchford Meadow Park to launch boats, canoes, paddle boards etc. The Boat House is a perfect base for countryside walks, exploring the beautiful villages, towns and cities in the surrounding area and visiting places of interest such as English Heritage Great Witley Court. We are approximately 20 mins drive from the M5 junction 5 or 6. It takes approximately 20 minutes to drive to Worcester. We are on a bus route which runs from Stourport to Worcester.
