Sunny Holiday House B&B, Bee 4 - 3 beds

Sunny Holiday House is located far from the madding crowd on the sunny side of the Alps, in the valley of the Dreta River, in the middle of northern Slovenia, 50km from Ljubljana. A base for exploring Slovenia and enjoying outdoor activities. A unique unspoiled alpine valley, excellent for bike trips and canoeing in summer and skiing in winter. Not far from cultural and community centers around Slovenia. We can host 11 guests in 5 rooms. There are 4 guest rooms in the house: R 1: twin bedroom with a balcony - first f. R 2: twin bedroom with a balcony - first f. R 3: triple bedroom - first f. R 4: twin bedroom - ground f. R5: twin bedroom in a detached house + private kitchen and toilet also 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, common kitchen. You are invited to use the common kitchen and the sitting room (TV) inside and the babecue in the garden. There is also a large garden aroud the house with 2 large wooden tables and benches. You are also invited to use our Finnish sauna and 3 bikes. There is enough space to park your car. We take it normal that you can use washing machine and many other every day appliances for free. I'm usually present at the premises, help with serving breakfast, and help with all other things that might be needed. It is always apon to the guests's need and wishes. You are in the meadow near the wood not in the busy street in a small hamlet. You are surrounded with green mountains. Best way is to come to us by your own car. However, there are occasions then people arrive by public transport, by bike etc. I advise you to communicate me in advance that I could find the best solution for you. The ordinary price per person includes breakfast. It is calculated for two persons in one room, while the price for one person is three euros higher. Tourist tax is not included in the price: 1,25 EUR/day per person (free for persons up to 7 years of age, 0.63 euro for persons from 8 to 15 years of age). The tax changes yearly. I always encourage you to ask about everything it may interest you, as I am aware that we all are different have different views on the same thing and finally different needs.
