Make yourself at home in a private and recently renovated room. it features an ensuite , timbered flooring and a firm mattress, all brand new, Nestled in a peaceful neighbourhood, it is available to rent for singles or a couple, this room is at the back of the house, you can have your own privacy, it is quiet, cosy and clean, it includes a double bed,TV, shelfs ,kettle, hairdryer, coffee , tea and its own bathroom as well,feel free to relax in the sunroom or backyard. We provide fresh towels, as well as the use of the microwave, oven, washing machine and iron. We are friendly and have lived in the surrounding area for more than 20 years, if you need help with anything to make your stay more enjoyable and comfortable, please don't hesitate let us know. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful, while the neighbours are friendly, it is less than a 5 minutes walk to Moore Reserve, which features outdoor fitness equipment, BBQ, picnic, playground, walking track and cycle-way. There is a bus stop at the front of the house, and it is 10 mins walking distance from Mortdale train station and 13mins walking from Hurstville train station, there is a Westfield shopping centre in Hurstville as well as a range of restaurants, but if you prefer the city, then its only 25 mins train ride from Hurstville train station, and it takes 20mins by car to the airport, if you have your own vehicle, you're welcome to park it on the side of the street outside.
