Quiet Double Room in family home with parking

My home is a three bedroom semi-detached property on the main road into the town centre, in an established neighbourhood of various age/types of properties. A couple of mins walk will take you to the Riverside Park and five mins walk into town. St Neots is ideally placed with good links to the A1, A14, Bedford and Cambridge. There is a very good train service to/from London the other end of town. Bus route is just a step away for the X5 service. Smoke free, Pet free, Clean and tidy home. I have a double room available for rent. Television mounted to the wall with chromecast. Bed linen and towels are provided. This has been my home for close to twenty years, it is peaceful and relaxing most of the time and would suit someone who appreciates the same. My son has moved back home to set up an IT business working from home with a converted space in the garden. There is high speed wifi. Living room has a log burner, very cosy on a rainy winters evening. Also there is a large television for use with Netflix and Amazon Prime although there is no television channels/signal/licence. Use of the family kitchen with all white goods. Full bathroom with shower over bath and a separate upstairs cloakroom. A large well maintained garden available for use along with off road parking.
