Very quiet location, brand new home close to town

Comfortable private bedroom with queen sized bed and optionally single bed. Own bathroom in a new modern furnished house. Shared small living area and kitchen. Our home is 5 minutes drive from the center of Nelson City and a 15-minute bike to town. Suitable for couples, people on their own on holiday, visiting family, friends or on a business trip. We speak 3 languages; German, Czech, English. We come from Europe. When we visited New Zealand we were convinced this is the country for us! We love nature and our interests are walking, swimming, kayaking, skiing, and healthy eating. We don't spray any chemicals on our property and we eat organic and spray-free food. At home, we use laundry and cleaning products that are safe and environmentally friendly. Breakfast is not catered, but tea, coffee, milk, and cereals are provided. You are most welcome to use the shared kitchen for meal preparation. The kitchen includes cook-top, kettle, toaster, oven, fridge and dishwasher. Quality linen and towels included. Nelson has many cafes, restaurants, galleries, cycling and mountain bike tracks. Beautiful Tahunanui Beach is just 10 minutes drive from our home. You cam swim or walk in afternoon and enjoy the sunset. It is just 1 hour drive to Kaiteriteri Beach. This attractive beach town is 13 kilometres from Motueka and close to the Abel Tasman National Park. It is known for its beautiful golden sand and clear blue-green water. From Kaiteriteri you can catch a water taxi to Abel Tasman National Park or hire kayaks for a beautiful trip around the Abel Tasman coast. It's 5 minutes drive to the centre of Nelson City, 15 minutes on bike to town or beautiful 1 hour walk by the seaside.
