Our 2 room, basic yet clean and tidy little country cottage, adjacent to our home, is a home away from home. Sleeps two in a king bed, has own tv, kitchen, shower, basin and toilet. There is a private backyard deck off the bedroom. Store nearby 45-65km Whakatane, Rotorua, Tauranga. 15min to TePuke. A great spot as a base for exciting day trips. 10 min Pukehina. 15 mins surfcast fishing on Rogers rd beach. 15mins - Old Forest school wedding venue Strictly no smoking on property. Self contained in a rural setting but a short drive to beautiful beaches, fishing, lakes, all the attractions the Bay of Plenty has to offer. Private shower, basin and toilet. Own kitchen. All self-contained. A king sized bed. Own private deck area. So close to a choice of beautiful beaches, walks and all the attractions the BOP has to offer. There is a shop/petrol station in walking distance. There are restaruants, take aways etc within 10 minutes drive. There is parking on site. There is very little in the way of public transport, we recommend you have your own transport. We are in a rural setting. Sometimes we have cows in the neighbouring paddock.
