3 bed Sunshine house

This is a lovely bright, sunny house with a spacious, pretty garden and garden house. It would be great as a base for hiking in the Chilterns or exploring London, Milton Keynes and Oxford. There are several charming villages and small towns such as Wendover and Tring nearby. Aylesbury itself is a market town set on The Grand Union Canal. It has a beautiful Elizabethan centre many bars and restaurants and is home to a thriving theatre called The Waterside. This is my home and not a hotel. I leave and stay nearby with family when guests arrive. The house is not perfect. It is “lived in” and I am saving my pennies to afford redecoration but I am sure you will find it homely and inviting. You will have free run of the place during your stay. There are three bedrooms upstairs and a living room (with double sofa bed and single floor mattress) and large kitchen diner downstairs. The bathroom with over bath shower is also downstairs. The house has a very chilled out, relaxing and welcoming vibe. I have a spacious garden house which you’re welcome to use equipped with sofa and piano. I like to use it as a meditation space and for yoga. I will be staying nearby during your visit and I will be happy to meet you and show you around. You will be able to contact me by phone or Air BNB message, at any time should you have any problems. The house is on an attractive, friendly estate and all the nearby neighbours are lovely. There is a paddock with children’s playground immediately outside the garden gate and a pleasant green just opposite. Local shops are half a mile away, and a Tesco Superstore is a mile away. It is a two mile walk into Aylesbury town centre but there excellent bus links into town and other surrounding areas. If you have a car, parking is no problem. There is a private driveway and there are plenty of car parks in town. To the rear of the house is a field which has a play area for children. There is a little wooden play house in the garden too. We are but a short walk from the local shops which has a Costa, a Sainsbury’s and a co-op amongst other things.
