Lovely Victorian style home with close access to Pocahontas state park! Private, quaint, tranquil space where you can enjoy wildlife and peacefulness. The home sits right next door to Pocahontas state park in Chesterfield, VA. It offers a rural and relaxed feel with privacy and lots of air! We have taken a lot of time preparing the home for all of our future guests. We hope you enjoy the not-so-traditional style inside and out. Each room is unique in its own way. The home is wrapped with installed Alexa devices for enjoyable music of your taste. There are also mounted televisions in each bedroom, as well as in the kitchen. Enjoy relaxing, bird watching and listening in the front and back patio/deck. Enjoy the quaint, private setting while still having quick access to shopping, food, entertainment. Available via phone, email, text Quiet neighborhood, off road access to home. Paved driveway with multiple parking areas. Car, bike, ride share. Uber, Lyft, taxis will pickup/drop off in area. Home is on well/septic- in rural area. Home has sufficient hot/cold water. Smoking is prohibited inside/outside of home. Failure to abide will result in 300.00 fine. Any cigarette butts, ashes, smoke or burn holes found will result in 500.00 fee. Deer and other wildlife might be present during your stay due to location of home. Don’t open windows they are older and sealed. Failure to abide will result in 250.00 fee. Windows in sunroom may be opened if you choose. Please make sure you close them back and secure. Home is equipped with electric stairlift for those individuals who may need assistance getting into the property and going up/down stairs. If you need to use please contact me first. DO NOT TAMPER WITH SECURITY CAMERAS. IF DOORBELL/CAMERAS ARE COVERED DURING STAY YOU WILL BE FINED 150.00. TIME STAMP VERIFICATION OF TAMPERING WILL BE DOCUMENTED. DO NOT USE BLEACH OF ANY KIND or harsh chemicals on towels, hand towels or washcloths.
