Our charming two-story stone house is located in the quiet village of Pinakochori, 15 minutes away from Lefkada town. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and the main entrance. Both bedrooms share a big balcony with a magnificent view. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room, the kitchen, and a WC. There, also, you can enjoy our beautiful garden and have amazing barbecue nights. Whether you are a family with kids, a couple or a small group of friends looking to have an amazing time, we guarantee that our beautiful stone built villa will accommodate all your needs. Its traditional decoration in accordance with the house layout gives a cozy, peaceful and fully functional space. The master bedroom has a double bed, TV, closet and its own bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds, TV and a closet. Another bathroom with shower is located on the upper floor. Upon request, we can provide a baby bed. On the ground floor, you can find a comfortable living room with 2 sofa beds, a big TV and a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a WC. Outside, our beautiful small garden is waiting for you to enjoy your morning coffee and hold the most amazing barbecue nights with your family and friends. WiFi and air conditioning are provided in every room of the house. All the essentials are provided. Clean towels, fresh linens, toiletries. Also, there is a washing machine, an iron and an iron board. Private parking. Guests have access to every room of the house. We will be available 24/7 for any help. Feel free to ask for any advice about the island. We can give you hundreds of tips on what to do and what to avoid during your stay. Our lovely house is located in a unique spot, 15 minutes from Lefkada town. Near Pinakochori, you can find the traditional village of Karya with a unique folklore museum and many events being held during the summer. Lazarata with its beautiful square is about 2km away. The scenic village Karya with its beautiful plane trees is 3km distance. The famous beach Pefkoulia is only 7km away. Our favorite beach, Kathisma, is less than 20 mins away. From there you can continue to Egremnoi and Porto Katsiki beach. The best way to travel around Lefkada island and discover its beauties is by car. There is, also, public transport. The bus station in Pinakochori is 2 minutes walk from our villa. Our villa is equipped with anything you might need during your stay. Amenities, linen, towels, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and more. If you have any special requests, feel free to ask. Upon arrival, a basket with various products (water, coffee, wine, fruit) as well as traditional products will be waiting for you.
