Comfortable apartment with lovely views from the verandah across the valley to the village of St Julien Le Petit with its 13th century church (Website hidden by Airbnb) Nearby swimming river/lake with beach and close to a large fishing river/lake. 20 minutes ( by car) to Lake Vassiviere and beautiful countryside for walking, cycling or driving. Access to nearly an acre of garden. ( Gardener, ( host ), in residence ! ) An apartment within the house, but with separate entrance and balcony space. Private entrance to the apartment and ample parking available. Ramp from parking area. Free access to nearly an acre of garden for sitting, sunbathing or, if the mood takes you, a spot of gentle weeding !! I am available most of the time, usually in the garden. Eight minutes by car to Peyrat Le Chateau for local shopping - Spar supermarket, ( with petrol station ), butcher, baker, post office, pharmacy, cinema, restaurants, cafe, hairdresser and local market. Local auberge in St Julien Le Petit. 15 minutes by car to Eymoutiers with train station.
