Converted Elementary School - Classroom 1 Suite

A former public school classroom converted into a private suite with 3-piece bath and kitchenette. This huge, bright suite has it's own entrance. Barrier-free! 15 minutes from Sandbanks. A fabulous home base to explore the South end of the County. We are dog friendly. Extra bed available for $25 a night. Sandbanks Park pass is available for your use during your stay. Added 17% tax is mandatory HST and MAT. There is a well-appointed kitchenette with dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, hot plate, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, and mini fridge, plus a private bbq. There is also a dining and living area in each suite. We are dog friendly and have two large dogs on the premises. They are very friendly and may run to you and bark to greet you. There is a patio table and chairs outside of your suite, plus a gas barbecue. Each suite has a door to the hallway and to their outdoor space. We live at the property in a separate area of the school. We are usually around to answer questions and fix any issues that arise. Our cell and home phone numbers will be on the information sheet in your room. Milford is a small, sleepy town in Prince Edward County. The town wraps around a pond. Milford has a bakery with fresh bread and croissants open on the weekend, a post office, and a library. There is no public transit in our section of the county, but there is taxi service. Getting around is done by vehicle or bicycle. We are about 18 Km from Sandbanks, and 14 Km from Picton. Weekly rentals available in July and August with check in and out on Sundays.
