Just a quick 15 minute ride up hwy 330 and your in Running Springs, the 'gateway' to an array of recreational activities which includes skiing/snowboarding (10 minutes from Snow Valley Ski Resort & Snow Drift Tube-Boggan), walking, hiking, bike trails & SkyPark at Santa's Village. Recently upgraded and beautifully decorated, this cozy 1,800 sq ft home is located in a quiet neighborhood and has all the amenities you'd expect from a vacation rental to guarantee an enjoyable stay! The large fully equipped kitchen and connected family room look out to the deck and forest of Pine and Oak trees surrounding the property. Two bedrooms and one bathroom on each level makes this two-level floor plan a perfect two-family rental. Upstairs one queen (with flat screen TV) and one double plus a tub/shower bathroom. Downstairs master bedroom with King bed and space for inflatable mattresses and playpen (flat screen TV) and a double bedroom with memory foam pads for additional sleeping. Bedrooms are seperated by a Jack & Jill bathroom with tiled walk-in shower. A large sectional sofa with recliners located in family room perfect for R & R and overnight rest. Inflatable Queen mattress also available. The home is furnished with outside BBQ, washer/dryer, Dish satellite, central heating & wireless internet for your convenience. During your stay take a walk in the fresh pine-filled air or cuddle up under a warm blanket next to a toasty fire while drinking a cup of hot cocoa. At sunset, enjoy a glass of wine and watch the Blue Jays fly from tree to tree while relaxing on the huge wrap around deck. Kids can play safely in the enclosed backyard while adults observe from the deck above or the patio off the master bedroom. Flat screen available in downstairs bedroom.
