This is a wooden converted two-horse stable which has recently been fully refurbished. It is detached and has its own private entrance and terrace with views to the Purbeck Hills. There is a dedicated off-road parking space next to the property. It is situated in the grounds of The Old Farmhouse in the heart of the Dorset village of West Lulworth, which is within walking distance of pubs, cafes and beaches including Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door. The open-plan space is 22 square metres with a kitchen, dining table and chairs, sofa, double bed and separate bathroom with electric shower. It has double-glazed windows to the south and west plus two roof windows allowing plenty of natural light, and is fully insulated throughout. The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, hob and microwave, kettle, toaster, and fridge with ice box. The property is in the grounds of The Old Farmhouse, West Lulworth. It has its own separate entrance, accessed via Beech Close off School Lane. There is parking for one car. Please park in front of the first garage, which is blue, and enter the property through the blue side gate. Entry to the building is via a key safe next to the right-hand stable door. We respect our guests privacy, and will respond to inquiries after 5pm. The roof windows let in natural light. In the summer months this can be quite early in the morning. The property is in a rural location and the wi-fi, although usually good, can be affected by factors including the weather. This may also affect the TV.
