Our 3 bedroom unit is situated in Mount Clear, close to the Mount Clear Shopping Centre and public transport. It is the middle of 3 units, down the driveway on the left side of the house. There is a white bench seat at the front of the unit. The unit is situated halfway between Federation University and the city centre, 3.6km from Sovereign Hill, 5 minutes by car. Please read all information supplied and respect permanent residents by keeping noise to a minimum. The master bedroom has an ensuite, WIR and queen size bed , the second bedroom has a queen size bed, BIR and the third bedroom has 2 king single beds with a BIR. Kitchen is fully equipped, dishwasher, fridge, oven and microwave, cutlery, dishes, milk for coffee or tea. We also have a coffee machine available. Everything you will need for a comfortable stay. Lounge has a TV and DVD. All bedding, towels and linen supplied. Central heating to all rooms and reverse cycle air conditioning in lounge. The laundry has a washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket , iron and ironing board. also supplied. Access is down driveway on the left side. Please don't disturb other residents. If you have trouble finding the unit, call us anytime. No vehicles to be parked in driveway. We usually like to meet guests on arrival, but if this is not possible because of commitments we have a lock box at the front door accessible by code. We will send further instructions and the lock box code on the day of arrival. Our unit is one of 4 in the complex, including the house at the front, and close to all amenities. Walking distance to café, supermarket, chemist, take-away, newsagent, bus stops. Close to public transport.
