This clean, bright and charming garden suite, is situated on a quiet cul de sac, yet backs on to pastoral farmland. Our heritage home is only 5 minutes to downtown and 15 minutes to the Cowichan District hospital. The "HH Garden Suite", is situated in the heart of the Cowichan Valley's mountain - biking area and is no more than a ten minute drive to any of the three mountains that valley bikers boast of! Heated floors ensure an added level of comfort for our guests. Washer and dryer! This private and well appointed suite, is decorated in soothing colour-tones, which are in harmony with the natural beauty that flows almost to your door. Enjoy a comfortable sleep with our luxurious egyptian cotton bed linens and our plush towels and robes. Relax in our well appointed livingroom with cosy wall mounted fireplace. Guests can enjoy watching Netflix or just listening to the radio on "hey goo....! . The fully equipped kitchen includes a convection/microwave oven, French press and/or drip coffee makercoffee and a variety of teas. Your suite is accessible through our back garden area using a keyless touch pad. We live on the property and are always available for guests. This attractive neighbourhood is is best described as "semi-rural". Farmland and green spaces nestle themselves together in a cosy manner which is pleasing to the eye and refreshing for the soul. Situated above the Cowichan Valley floor, the neighbourhood is blessed with views over Duncan and the valley itself, making it one of the premier residential areas. A bus route is close by. Cycling is a viable option, for those guests wishing to more fully explore the valley and walking to downtown Duncan is a pleasant 20 minute walk. Parking is available on our very quiet street.
