Also near shopping and expressway. This rental space has a unique layout. The bedroom with full size bed and bathroom are located upstairs while the kitchen and living area are (Website hidden by Airbnb) space includes 2 sofas with fold out beds for visiting or addtional guests. Towels and linens are included with the rental along with cleaning supplies. Located in the quiet old downtown area of Matteson, IL. Nearby Old Plank Trail for biking, running or walking. Metra train to downtown Chicago is 2 blocks away. Recently, unfortunately, we have had some issues due to heavy rains and flooding in the Chicagoland area. This has directly and indirectly affected the space because of the basement underneath getting wet and an issue with the roof which in turn caused a small leak in the closet. We have been working very hard and all of these issues have been remedied now. Some of these issues, unfortunately, began while we had guests in the apartment which in turn caused bad reviews even though we refunded those guests money without hesitation.
