Self-contained apartment with private access situated in a rural setting. Ideal location near the North Antrim coast. 3 Miles from Ballymoney. Convenient to Dark Hedges, Giants Causeway, Dunlop Memorial Garden, Portstewart, Portrush and Ballycastle. Belfast is 40miles or 50mins away. Tourism NI Certified. The apartment has a stain Glass window in the living room dining area. Velux windows in the other rooms open fully and some provide views of nearby countryside and forest. They have built in shades/blackout blinds. It is 750sq foot in size and has a private access door. There is a sound system Xbox 360 and 50" plasma Tv. The site is one acre in size and is laid out in grass and flower beds and is surrounded on three sides by open countryside. There is a fish pond containing Koi and Goldfish. There is a central heating system if required. The whole apartment and grounds. Feel free to use the patio and bbq which is beside the pond. I try to be present when guests arrive however I am only a text or call away any time Peaceful and serene surrounded by green fields and wildlife (the pheasants and foxes are frequent passers by) perfect for a relaxing walk. To the side of our property there is a small forrest, teaming with wildlife and birds. Our Neighbour has two unusual pets two fully grown tigers who live in a compound clearly visible from the roadside. We are blessed with may toprated golf courses nearby. We are at the base of what is locally known as the triangle that is the area between Ballymena, Coleraine and Ballycastle in which are found most of North Antrims most beautiful attractions. From Game of Thrones sets, award winning beaches, rugged coastline and The Giants Causeway (a world heritage site), to Premium Golf courses (Royal Portrush hosted"The Open" in (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) During the month of May Portrush/Portstewart is the home of the NorthWest 200 a spectacular motorbike road race with a worldwide reputation We recommend a stay of at least two nights or longer You need some form of transport. The house is 3 miles outside of Ballymoney close the the main A26 Coleraine-Belfast Road. There is a train station in Ballymoney where you can take the train to Belfast or Londonderry. There are local Taxi firms availiable. We are fully commited to the Airbnb cleaning protocal, in addition we have the day before and after booking blocked so that there will be at least a 24hour period between guests staying in the appartment Goggle maps will most likely take you to the wrong side of the crossroads (Bravallen Road crosses through 2 of them) Apple maps does not have any issue.
