Relax & unwind at our recently renovated self contained annex in the heart of Cubert village with private off road parking. Just a 2 minute drive to the picturesque Holywell Bay beach. All of the north cornwall coasts exceptional beaches & the infamous South West coast path are within easy reach. Local amenities on your doorstep include; shop/post office, bakery, fish and chips & pub all within a 1 minute walk. A short drive away from the historic fishing town of Newquay and the City of Truro. A completely self contained annex with a cosy bedroom and separate living room with 32” smart tv, a bathroom with shower and toilet as well as a kitchen with combi microwave oven and hob. People have loved the fact that it is completely self contained, including own garden space and outdoor dining area if the weather permits. A 1 minute walk into the village where you will find most things you need make this location very desirable. Guests will have entire access to the self contained annex including their own bedroom, living area, bathroom with shower and kitchen. Guests will also have access to the garden which has been separated to keep your own space. We are both very laid back people and don’t mind socialising with guests, we are also both more than happy to answer questions about any issues you may have or even if it is to ask for ideas on what to do. We love exploring cornwall so have a wealth of knowledge on different places. We are 2 minutes from the beach which just happens to be our favourite and we love living here due to how quiet and laid back it is in the village. It has everything you need in the village; pub, chip shop, local londis/post office, bakery and village hall for various exercise classes or beauty treatments. If you can’t find it here then Newquay is a 6 minute drive away which has everything and more. We have private off road parking if you have a vehicle which makes getting around very simple. If you do not have a vehicle then the bus stop is 200m down the road and you can get great access from here to the beach at Holywell or into Newquay and even Truro. If guests have a small baby we have a travel cot and high chair which can be available if required and fits in the living room just adjacent to the bedroom.
