There are neighbors nearby but the villa gardens are fenced / gated and have high hedges at various points for privacy. There is a small local shop approximately 500m away, a Conad supermarket in Fornaci de barga, approx 3 km away and a large Conad superstore approx. 7km away. There are a number of local shops & restaurants in Fornaci de barga but there are also restaurants scattered across the countryside. It is highly advisable to rent a car(s) at the airport.
