It's on the door-step of the Cotswolds, where one beautiful village flows into another and is never short of a quintessential pub or two. The Barn is situated within walking distance of Bampton village. The centre of the village can be reached within 10 - 15 minutes where you can take advantage of many local amenities. Alternatively, guests can drive to the centre of the village where there is ample parking. There is a large town close by called Witney that has all of the amenities expected from a large town such as numerous supermarkets, drive-through take-aways and sports facilities. Bampton is an ideal location from which to explore the surrounding Cotswolds. Main road access is easily accessible and visitors to the barn can quickly reach popular nearby tourist areas such as Burford, Blenheim Palace, Bourton on the Water, Cirencester, Stow on the Wold, Moreton in Marsh, and Cheltenham to name just a few. Significant major roads are the A420 from Swindon to Oxford and the A40 from Witney to Oxford.
