Our place is just 20 minutes drive from Tauranga, and 25 from beautiful Mount Maunganui with its beaches and the walk around or climb up mauao. Open lounge, dining, kitchen. 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, 1 bathroom. Great indoor, outdoor flow. Plenty of space outside to get a taste of that country air. Cows are in the paddocks on the property which is protected by electric fences. You have the freedom of our property but we are close by to say hi or help if needed. We are in the hills above Omokoroa, just a short drive away. The closest supermarket is 10 minutes drive. You will need a car to get around.
