Privacy in Whalers Gate - Private & Quiet

Our place is great for couples, solo adventurers and families. There are 2 rooms and an ensuite in an upstairs area, allowing for privacy for both guests and hosts. The main room has a double bed, the secondary room has two single beds. There's a heatpump/aircon for comfort all year round. Note we have two cats who may jump into the room at night if the windows are left open. You are welcome to use our kitchen for your own cooking. We're a 10 minute drive to the Bowl of Brooklands, Pouakai Zoo, Brooklands Zoo, Pukekura Park, TSB Stadium, Racecourse, Oakura Beach and the city centre. Please note there are young children in the house, so if you are a very light sleeper you may be woken very occasionally during the night! We also share our home with two cats who sometimes sleep in the spare rooms when the door is open. You will be able to use our kitchen for your own cooking needs - please clean dishes afterward. There is tea and coffee available at no extra charge, with milk in the fridge. I will be there to greet you and show you around the home, however we are a busy household and will be in and out throughout the day. A bus runs from the end of the street into the centre of town, from Monday to Friday only. A taxi into/from central New Plymouth costs around $30. We have two sociable cats in the house, so our place is not ideal for those with allergies or that don't like cats 😊
