But it is also only 2 minutes walk to the local Watson shops which offer a bustling cafe (the Knox), a Philippine cafe/restaurant which is always popular, a great little supermarket, a takeaway, and a chemist/post office. The studio is also only 10 minutes drive to Dickson shops which offer a large Woolworths, several cafes and a mini-Chinatown full of Asian restaurants. Also only 10 mins walk to the light rail stop which will take you into the city centre. And 15 minutes walk to EPIC exhibition park, and the very popular Farmer’s Market held every Saturday morning.
