The Studio

The Studio is an apartment set up with an Ikea couch easily converted to a queen size bed. It has a private entrance and yard. My place is close to Florida Caverns State Park, Bellamy Bridge Heritage Trail, Blue Springs Recreational Area. You’ll love my place because of the quiet area and coziness. It's good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and furry friends (pets). See our other listings, Florida Caverns Cottage Single Room & Bunk Rooms if you have a large group. The Studio is set up as a small studio apartment ready for a single person or couple. It has a private entrance and fenced yard. We also have a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house for rent. The Studio has a small kitchenette with fridge, microwave, toaster, hot plate and coffee maker, TV and Roku, free wifi, laundry facilities, fenced dog run, and large yard with covered patio. Very quiet and peaceful. Close to many attractions. Boats are also available for rent. Private access to the Studio. Please let us know if you are also bringing a pet when you make a reservation. Laundry facility is shared access. I am on the property daily and always a phone call away Quiet neighborhood with the occasional barking dogs or mooing cows.
