The Unit is one of four individual units at this address. It is a modern style unit and is in a quiet residential area of the historic city of Ballarat. It is just down the road from the Ballarat Golf Club and is close to shops and the Botanical Gardens. We prefer at least two weeks' notice for reservations, and a minimum of 2 nights booking. A 2 bedroom townhouse in quiet residential area. Outdoor entertaining area with BBQ. Bathroom with bath & shower - separate toilet. Queen bed in both bedrooms. Reverse cycle airconditioning. Dishwasher Sleeps 2-4 Off-street parking. Linen supplied. Fully equipped kitchen. Cleaning included in advertised price. Access all areas except garage. Available by phone for information if required. Quiet residential area. Close to Stockland Shopping Centre, Aquatic Centre, Botanic Gardens, Golf Course and Lake Wendouree. 10 minutes from the Ballarat City Centre. Easy access to Western Highway. Shuttle bus to Tullamarine Airport. Close to public transport. Parking for 1 car. The townhouse is our home away from home. Hence the pantry and freezer are stocked and there are personal items in the bathroom cupboard. These are not for use by guests unless there has been prior arrangement. There are also a few items stored in the townhouse. Please be aware of this if you would like to be our guest. Tea and coffee supplied on arrival. Salt, pepper, oil is in the pantry. Guests are requested to supply their own food, and remove it at the completion of their stay. Strictly NO SMOKING.
