Quaint cottage, 150m to Cookies beach. Comfortable furnishings, equipped for simple living. Linen provided. Deck for dining, gazebo for reclining. Bush outlook, easy walk to 2 beaches ( 1 dog friendly), skate park and oval. Great walking and biking in Murramarang NP. 2 living areas, books, DVDs and games. Stairs to fenced backyard and second bathroom (accessed from outside). Facilities include fans, heating, Baby Q weber, Nespresso coffee pod machine. No wifi, TV reception or dishwasher. Pets welcome, but not on furniture, fence not small dog proof. Please note, paralysis ticks are common along the NSW south coast and preventative treatment for your pet is strongly recommended. Access for people with mobility limitation may be difficult- there are stairs to backyard and shower over bath. South Durras is surrounded by the Murramarang National Park, offering many places to explore. Very quite village, but you can get a meal/take away at Murramarang resort. Unfortunately the local shop has closed. Linen supplied. Linen bundle including sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, tea towels, bath mat delivered as a bundle. Not beach towels. Blu-ray player available and you can connect a mobile device directly to the screen via HDMI cable (bring your own adapter).
