Golden's Land Melaka Bungalow Homestay - Without Using Pool Golden's Land Melaka Bungalow Homestay is the best venue to host various party celebration This house is with 10,000sf and located at Taman Asean Melaka which is about 15-20 mins to town. The venue can fit in 200-300 guests for events. The house is easy to get the parking around the neighborhood. The house have the facilities of trampoline,Karaoke Room and BBQ set. Fully renovated with 8 bedrooms and 1 TV room which have the Koraoke system ready. Occupancy can fit up to 40 guests with extra floor bed. ( Rate quoted at Airbnb only for 25 pax. Extra people after 25 guests will be charged RM40 each per night with full set of extra bed supplied, this extra charges need to be paid cash upon check in.) The house have the emergency exit upstair which is for safety in case of emergency. Car porch can park 10 cars, additional cars can be parked at the outside the house. Thank you!!
