Luxury design house with large pool in intact countryside. Situated in Sabina, land of excellence in olive oil production. 55 minutes from Rome. Top of a hill, breathtaking view, peaceful. Jacuzzi, 5 bedrooms. Free unlimited wifi. Electricity and gas costs are not included - to be paid separately at check out. Electricity 0,40€/Kw, Gas 1€/liter. Pellet 6€/bag. Pool is usually open May through September. Reservations after September 30th need to check with the owner to make sure the pool is open. Combination of contemporary design inside and intact countryside outside. Best private pool in the area (open May-October). Olive oil and wine tasting available. Guests have free access to the pool. No use of the pool at night. The landlord may be in a nearby house. It depends on the period of the year. Sabina is one of the least discovered treasuries of central Italy. Known since the Roman times for its excellence in olive oil, it offers medieval historical centers, Roman ruins, churches with frescos of extraodinary beauty. Umbria (Narni, Todi, Spello, Assisi) is only 30 minutes from the house A train runs every 30 minutes to and from Rome all day, every day from Poggio Mirteto scalo, a train station 15 minutes by car from the house. Bus connections to train station are also available. During winter we accept short term reservations (minimum 2 nights). House and pool were finished in 2010. Everything is still intact. The huge kitchen enables the experience of cooking in a peculiar setting. The house sleeps up to 16 people, in 5 bedrooms.
