This beautiful stone fronted home is situated in the desirable village of Devoran. The property is semi detached, and only 250m from a traditional Cornish pub, park and creekside. The property has been recently renovated and extended to the rear, with spacious open plan family living space, there are some areas of decoration still to be finished. The generous garden includes; Patio, BBQ, swings, and slide. We have two cats who will be onsite, and we asks guest to feed and fuss them! Our beautiful home has been lovingly restored and modernised to provide a stunning open plan and spacious space, perfect for one or two families to have fun holiday together. The property is with a 5 minutes walk from Devoran creek, which offers both an opportunity for keen walkers, bird watching and watersports. The golden benches at Falmouth are only a 15 minute drive away. Devoran is approximately 6 miles from both Truro and Falmouth. The village has a pub which serves lunchtime, evening meals, take always and local ales. With countryside , woods and creek walks on your door step there is so much to explore and do. The property backs onto fields where there are ponies grazing, and a short walk through the footpath behind, you will find plenty more animals including ( season dependent) baby lambs and cows. Stunning beaches both on the South coast and the North coast are within easy reach. You can park you car right in front of the house. It is a small terrace of only three homes, and on a quiet country lane. The house has a small wooden gate, at the front, there is one step into a large porch. There is also a wooden gate, to the side of the property, providing access to the patio and garden. Once inside the property, the ground floor is all on one level. The National Trust Gardens of Trelissick is approx. 2 miles away. There is a children's park in the village. Devoran Quay and Creek is local beauty spot which many visitors enjoy accessing and is a 5 minute walk away. There is 10 mile cycle trail from Devoran to Portreath. The nearest train station is Perranwell station which is the Truro to Falmouth branch line . This is approx. 20 minute walk away. We have free street parking. Plenty to do & see for keen walkers or cyclists. The property has a large rear garden, at the top of the garden is a Summer House, which the hosts also rent on Air bnb or live in themselves. For privacy, a wooden fence separates these areas.
