Set in the idyllic village of Borth, our simple but comfortable home has everything you need and is just a few steps away from the beach. There are 4 bedrooms set over 3 floors and a large living room. The kitchen has a large seating area and to the rear of the property there are wonderful views of the Welsh hills and a small, sunny and secure garden. Simple but comfortable. The house is an excellent base for the wonderful countryside of the Welsh coastline. Responses within 24 hours Borth village has numerous cafes, pubs and restaurants and even has a cinema. It is served by 2 well stocked shops and Aberystwyth can be reached by train, car or the wonderful cliff pathway. There is an 18 hole links golf course and Ynyslas Sand dunes are a 5 minute drive or a 2hour walk along the beach. At the other end of the village are rock pools and a cliff path up to the Monument and to Aberystwyth beyond. A fish and chip shop is just 2 doors away and serve delicious freshly cooked food Borth is well served with transportation links. It has a station and trains come regularly from Shrewsbury and continue on to Aberystwyth. There are also buses which run regularly to the local areas.
