A beautiful new and modern house set in the centre of the picturesque rural village of Llanbedr and Snowdonia national park. The accommodation is light airy and spacious, and sleeps up to eight guests - perfect for friends and families. There are two designated parking areas at the rear. You can walk to the village shop, pubs and cafe. Shell Island and the beautiful sand dunes are 2.8 miles The Rhinog mountains and Nantcol waterfalls are very accessible. Well behaved pets are welcome. The house is central to Llanbedr, where you can walk to find an evening meal after a full day walking in the Rhinogs or on the numerous beaches nearby. You can walk to the friendly village shop to get fresh bread and milk and much more. The property is new and has a beautiful new kitchen with Siemens appliances. Llanbedr railway station is 1.4 miles from the property therefore it is possible to walk to the accommodation. (Please check rail network beforehand) There are four bedrooms - two very large ones which have ensuites. There is also a family bathroom and a downstairs toilet and cloakroom. There is Smart TV and very fast broadband for working away from the office if you have to. It is a fantastic location for walking the Rhinog mountains, cycling, bird watching, Nantcol Waterfalls, the beach, Harlech Castle (don't miss the award winning ice cream parlour!), Snowdonia national park, Portmeirion Italianate Village, Snowdon, Festiniog Railway. For the adrenalin junkies try the Zip World Slate Caverns at Blaenau Ffestiniog and Snowdonia Adventure Activities! COVID To make sure that your holiday with us feels like the retreat you want it to be, we have been working hard to ensure we follow the government guidelines. We have put procedures in place to make sure your stay with us feels safe and clean. Our priority is to ensure everything we do is effective and reflects current government guidance. A Double Clean process has been introduced. This involves are usual comprehensive deep clean followed by additional disinfectant clean, especially focusing on touchpoints such as door handles, bannisters, light switches, remote controls, microwave, cooker controls, key safes, key for properties, etc. New Arrival and Departure times -your check in time will be 5pm This later check in time is to accommodate our new cleaning procedures. We also have a new check out time of 9am, again this is to enable us to follow our longer than normal procedures. We kindly ask you not to arrive earlier than this or check out later on your departure. We appreciate your cooperation in observing these times. Guidelines for Guests while staying with us - we have been advised for our guests to do the following if one of your party develops symptoms: Return to your primary residence immediately and self-isolate for 7 days (14 days for everyone else in the party) as instructed by the British and Welsh Government guidance. Please inform Airbnb immediately as our cleaning protocols are different in this scenario. Needless to say if one of your party develops symptoms in the days prior to your scheduled stay with us, please follow Government guidance – self isolate, get tested and DO NOT TRAVEL.
