Clive's Place is a cosy end of terrace cottage with a picturesque view of the Welsh countryside as far as the eye can see. Set back from the main road, the cottage has a large grassy front garden with a patio overlooking the scenic Welsh views, perfect for early morning sunrises or an evening glass of wine. Having been newly renovated this year, the cottage boasts a brand new bathroom, a kingsize bed, super quick Wifi and Virgin Mixit TV box. Giving a relaxing home away from home experience. Downstairs consists of a small porch area, open plan living and dining area , a ground floor toilet, and a kitchen with storage room. Upstairs consists of a small landing area leading to the master bedroom with kingsize bed, fitted wardrobes and captivating views of the horizon. Bedroom 2 consists of a double bed, with single bunk above and a small bedside table with night lamp. The new bathroom has full tiled walls, L- shaped bath and drench head shower, with two large wall hung mirrors. Clive's Place is in a quiet, safe neighbourhood. The property has it's own parking space outside the garage, however due to the width of the properties on the street it may not be suitable for longer vehicles. Guests who have longer vehicles will need to use the various parking bays located around the property. These are for public use. The property has a steep set of stairs (shown in photo) that are not suitable for people with mobility issues. Please ensure children are always supervised when using the stairs.
