Bright and airy, self-contained European style 28 M2 studio apartment including kitchen, bathroom and washing machine on a quiet suburban street in the heart of Mount Hawthorn, 3km from Perth CBD. Bus stop nearby, 15 min to the city and 20 min to the beach! Walking distance to Pubs, shops, cafes and restaurants in Mt Hawthorn and Leederville. Off-street parking available. Access to secure common courtyard with BBQ, pizza oven, additional fridge/freezer, outdoor kitchen and clothes line. The Studio space is stylish and quiet and very self contained. The bed is a Queen Size and a sofa bed is also available, if needed, for those extra or unexpected guests! The bathroom is small but complete with a washing machine undercover outdoor drying is available and, if needed, access to a clothes dryer is possible. The kitchen area is elegant and functional with dishwasher. Guests will have a key from us which will give access to the Studio and to the enclosed courtyard. There are no restrictions on coming or going. We will be available as needed but we also like people to have their own space. As a well travelled family we are happy to give advice, as needed, on places to travel and to see. A workshop space can be made available if needed for setting up that van or doing maintenance and repair. However, naturally, this would need consultation and care. Mt Hawthorn is an inner city suburb with easy access from the freeway, a short walk (700 mtrs) to local grocery shopping, cafes, pubs and restaurants. The Leederville cafe and restaurant strip is a kilometre away. Lake Monger and other parkland is within an easy walk. We are close to the CBD but also close to light commercial areas with good access to retail shopping of all kinds. Public transport (No 15 bus) into the CBD travels past the house. We are close to the freeway and access into and out of Perth by road is easy. Public transport to the beach is nearby. Road transport to the Beach (Scarborough Beach) is directly down Scarborough Beach Road which is two blocks away.
