River view dog friendly YOLO Beach House

YOLO Beach House has a gorgeous sunrise view only one block to the river & blocks to the beach. Fenced yard excellent for children & dogs (dog door to back yard). Recently updated. Walking distance to Dockside, Castlewood park & the boat landing. Beach is pet friendly Oct to Mar only. The house & property are no smoking. Please note - this is beach home too so some of our things are in the home. There is ample space for your things too. We hope you enjoy YOLO as much as we do! Guest have access to the entire house (minus two small closets). The home has ample area for teleworking. There is no smoking/vaping/cigars/etc. in the house or on the property. There is plenty of parking for your vehicle or a golf cart if you choose to rent one. View of the river from the patio and backyard. All dogs must be up to date on their shots as well as on heart worm, flea and tick preventative and not aggressive (our neighbors are close). The beach is only open to pets October to March. The garage and contents are NOT part of the rental. The property between the backyard and the river is not part of the rental. Guest have access to the entire property I live within 30 minutes of the house and am available by phone any time you have questions. The Point is a great area of Colonial Beach with mature trees and gorgeous views. Colonial Beach offers great restaurants, bars, a brewery and a winery and is close to many historic sites. Being only 25 minutes from the Navy base in Dahlgren, the house offers you another option for your work travel. Great area for walking and biking or rent a golf cart and explore the area.
