Nuovissimo appartamento in centro a Brunico! Due stanze una con letto matrimoniale e nell’altra divano letto matrimoniale. Cucina dotata di tutti i servizi, frigo, lavastoviglie, forno, Nespresso machine. Bagno con ampia doccia e lavatrice In garage c'e anche un ampio deposito dove poter mettere attrezzatura varia (bici, scarponi e/o sci) L’appartamento ospita 4 persone, e’ situato al secondo piano con ascensore, inoltre c’e’ la possibilita di parcheggiare un’auto nel seminterrato dello stabile Brand new apartment in the heart of Brunico! Two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and one with a double sofa-bed. The Kitchen is well equipped with all facilities such as fridge, dish-washer, oven, Nespresso machine etc. the Bathroom has a large shower, washing machine and hair-dryer. In the garage, there is a convenient storage room where you can leave all your ski gear and other items ( ski-boots, skis, etc). The apartment hosts up to 4 people and it’s located on the second floor (lift is available). In addition, there is one parking space available in the basement carpark of the building. Ciao! Con mio marito abbiamo cercato di creare un ambiente che rifletta un po’ come siamo…semplici ma amanti dei dettagli…ogni accessorio viene da posti diversi dove abbiamo viaggiato per cui non e’ solo un oggetto ma un ricordo… Speriamo vi possiate sentire a vostro agio nel nostro appartamento ma gentilmente trattatelo con cura - la gentilezza non ha mai fatto male a nessuno... Per ovvi motivi, non siamo presenti in loco ma c’e una persona che e’ disponibile per qualsiasi evenienza… Ciao! We are Laura and Manuel, we live in Dubai but Brunico has always been in our hearts!...for this reason, here is our home …cause SHARING IS CARING! My husband and I have tried to create an “ambience” which reflects who we are…simple yet detail-fanatics, every accessory tells a story from our travels so it’s not only a mere object but a memory… We really hope you feel at home and we kindly ask you to “handle it with care”…kindness is always appreciated. For obvious reasons, we are not present physically however there is always someone available on our behalf for any requests or information you should require.... Per gli amanti dello sci, Plan de Corones si trova a 10 min in macchina oppure in alternative si puo prendere il bus-navetta che passa ogni 10 mins (la fermata e’ letteralmente sotto casa!). A 5 min c’e’ la stazione dei treni dove potete anche noleggiare le biciclette o e-bikes per delle escursioni indimenticabili. E dopo una giornata di intense attivita‘ potete rilassarvi a Cron4 con le sue uniche saune e bagni turchi immersi in un giardino che sembra incantato. Per gli amanti della social-life (e non solo media) ci sono dei locali molto carini dove fare ottimi aperitivi o bere della buona birra artigianale mentre si ascolta live-music..e tutto raggiungibile a piedi (I punti della patente ringraziano!) For ski-lovers, Plan de Corones (or Kron Platz) is located 10 mins away by car or you can even take the bus-shuttle that passes by every 10 mins ( the bus-stop is literally just outside our building!) Also 5 mins away there is the train-station where you can rent bicycles (or even e-bikes!) for unforgettable tours. After an active day, you can relax at Cron4 where you will find unique Saunas and Turkish baths immersed in an enchanted garden - just 10 mins from the apartment. For the social and night-life lovers, there are some amazing bars for aperitifs or for some excellent authentic craft beer all while listening to some good live-music sounds! All within walking distance from the apartment (your driving license points will thank you!)
