Negaunee one bedroom walk out apartment

Walk out lower level of 3 story home. Completely separate from owners. One bedroom, one bathroom, living room and kitchenette area with microwave, small fridge, toaster oven, hot plate and Keurig. Key Code entry. Private and quiet. Close to Marquette, Negaunee, the Iron Ore Heritage trail, snowmobile trails, skiing and hiking. 45 minutes from beautiful Pictured Rocks national lakeshore. We cater to traveling professionals and have a 14 night minimum. This is the lowest level of our home. The upper two levels are completely separate. You will have your own entrance and can have little to no contact with the home owners. We do live in the home. We are quiet and respectful, but you may hear us walking from time to time, water running or dogs playing. We go to bed by 9:30pm- so the house is very quiet in the evening. You will have the entire lower level of the home. It has a separate entrance with no shared spaces. Like I mentioned, we have dogs. Two lovable golden retrievers, Doppler and Boulder. We have an invisible fence, so you may see them running around when you come and go... and in true Golden fashion, they will want to be your friend. If you are not dog friendly, this is NOT the place for you : )
