Self contained garden room with a touch of Bali

A short stroll to the beach on Moreton Bay, cafés and jetties. Comfortable double room with great amenities. Friendly little dog on premises who is very used to visitors and children and settles very quickly after meeting you. Peaceful and leafy setting. Twenty minutes from Brisbane airport. Bus stop 2 minute walk. This room is a private, good size garden studio with a comfortable four poster queen bed. There is a kitchenette with microwave, kettle and coffee machine. A Weber baby Q and one burner cook plate is available in our outdoor area An ambient outside space looks out over the garden. A small private deck adjoins the studio room. There is a spa bath in the gazebo in the garden and a spa experience is available on request. There is a separate bathroom and toilet within a shared laundry space, outside the main house. Washer and dryer are available for guests's use. We are located an easy walk from the little beaches on Moreton Bay and less than one kilometre from Scott's Point. Walk to bus to connect to train and major shopping precincts. An e-bike and a road bike are available for hire if required. You will have access through the front gate and carport to the self contained garden studio. In wet weather most welcome to access through the house if the hosts are home. There is on street parking available. Pickup and drop off for Brisbane airport or train station can be arranged. As unobtrusive hosts we value your need for privacy and at the same time are available for a friendly chat, for local knowledge and tourism recommendations. Redcliffe Peninsula is historically a seaside holiday destination. The beaches are beautiful for swimming and it is not unusual to spot turtles and dolphins off shore. There are restaurants and cafés at Woody Point and Redcliffe and boardwalks along the coast. There are markets, parks and regular family events like the kite festival and Brisbane CBD Is 35 minutes by car or 45 by bus. There are two train stations accessible by a local bus. On street free parking available. Bus stop just around the corner. Train stations about 10-15 minutes away. Bikes are available for hire if required. We have one small dog, a Pomeranian/Pappillon cross, he is very used to visitors.
