Welcome to one of the best corners of the Bern suburbs! Located a stone's throw from the centre of town (15 minutes by train or 15 minutes by bike) and a 5 minute walk from the Aare, this flat offers everything you need to relax on your holiday or during your business trip. See below! This is a very spacious (over 130 m2), bright flat in a quiet neighbourhood outside of Bern. With 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and a beautifully renovated kitchen, you can be sure of a fantastic stay! This is your completely private space with your own entry. If you need anything, just tell us! We should be able to help you quickly with whatever you need. The flat is in a beautiful corner of Kehrsatz. It is a 12 minute walk to the train station Kehrsatz Nord, and a 20 minute bike ride to the centre of Berne. We have a brand new Lidl, a Coop and a Migros within 15 minutes walking (1-2 minute drive) where you can do all of your grocery shopping. The main attraction, though, is the beautiful surroundings! Just a couple paces from the front door is a beautiful wood where you can spend a lazy afternoon grilling (wood provided). A 5 minute walk will take you to the shores of the Aare, and a scenic country road will take you past a farm where you can buy local produce. Just being there on a sunny day is a treat, as you have amazing views of the Gürbetal and Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau! This area is also a cyclist's paradise with very quiet roads and trails running for kilometres through the countryside and woods. The Gurten, the 'house mountain' of Bern is also right up the road. It is a beautiful place to spend the day, both in the summer (with multiple playgrounds, a train for children to ride around on and a place for kids to play in the water) and in the winter (cheap ski rental and lift ticket for children to try skiing and a sledding run all the way down the mountain!). Come visit us - it is a fantastic place to rest or work! The train station Kehrsatz Nord is a 12 minute walk from the flat and runs every 15 minutes. It is also very easy (and a lovely path!) to cycle into town. It is also very quick to get to the motorway to head down into the mountains. In 45 minutes you are in the heart of the Alps!
