Upscale Suburban Neighborhood BR# 2 in Aurora, IL

We are empty nesters who live in an active neighborhood full of young families. Our house has high ceilings and many windows, a homey decor and a large kitchen w/lots of utensils to share, including a Breville Juicer, a Vitamix and Kitchen Aid! Note: Please keep in mind that due to HOA restrictions the minimum amount of stay is 30 days and only one guest per room is permitted. Bedroom #2 has two beds; twin and full size, a walk-in closet, dresser and desk. (This room is ideal for youngsters!) . Adjacent is a full shared bathroom with a variety of toiletries and hairdryer. There is also a powder room on the main floor. Access through the front door. We love meeting new people and enjoy good conversations, but we're also very understanding and respectful of peoples' privacy and space. Our work schedules vary day-to-day, so we may or may not be around. We will leave you our cell phone numbers where we can be reached directly at any time for questions or concerns. Our neighborhood is very friendly. It is close to the Premier Outlet Mall, Fox Valley Mall, and lots of restaurants. There is a park down the street and many trees. We are minutes from the City of Naperville, (recipients of many awards and distinctions). Some close by places of interest are Morton Arboretum, Cantigny Park, Naper Settlement and Hollywood Casino Aurora, among others. We can provide you with brochures upon request. There is plenty of parking on our street. Metra Train Station to the loop is 2.9 miles away. Depending on the hour of day, it takes between 40 - 65" to arrive downtown Chicago. We will have train schedules and maps for you upon arrival to our home. We request all our guests a copy of a government ID with photo that can be sent to us through the Airbnb message thread. Keep in mind that if you happen to visit during certain holidays, we may have the house all decked out for the season.
