Pastel Blues: house for large groups or family

Quite a large space created for entertaining. The house, although designed and presented in a very traditional country style, is newly built and has touches of modernity. It is still undergoing refurbishment (nothing that impedes an enjoyable stay ... skirting and base mouldings still to be added). Expected amenities (electric stove, hot water etc.) add to your comfort all the while allowing you to feel nestled in the quiet secluded village. An amazing location! For groups a perfect choice! PASTEL BLUES is located off the beaten path. It boasts tranquility and peace and allows for meditation and soul searching. As there are no other buildings in close proximity (except for those which belong to the property itself), PASTEL BLUES is the perfect hideaway for people who choose to be far from the maddening crowd. The next point of note: The house is located in the countryside. It is, therefore, also frequented by very friendly spiders. Yes I said spiders. They live in and around the area and they make webs almost every 30 to 60 minutes. S (Hidden by Airbnb) it. Not an invention of ours. You clean; they build. You may find spiderwebs even after we have removed the ones that were there before. This is not a sign of the place not having been cleaned - it is a sign that you are in a house in the country... The first floor and part of the second floor is what is on offer. These spaces have a total of three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen, a spacious dining room, a sitting room, an extra lounge and a conservatory. Part of the top floor and the third floor are reserved for personal use and have not been included in the photo gallery and is not a part of the accessible area. This section is used privately but does not impede nor encroach on your privacy whilst you occupy the house. I believe in the comport and privacy for my guests. I am, however, usually there on property and fully open to welcoming a chat over coffee or wine. Also, for whatever may arise, in terms of showing guests how to get the best out of the property and surroundings, I am just a knock or a call away. The house and the other flats are located in a very isolated hamlet. The surrounding neighbourhoods are, however, what make taking a walk worth the effort. Although the neighbours are few and far between, they are friendly and accommodating. We all know each other, and spend time with each other as often as possible. So, close we are emotionally. Distance just makes the effort to be interact a bit more of a challenge. I love challenges... Driving from one town to the next is not complicated. Nor far. (As Pontes, Vilalba, Viveiro...). The property is located off the beaten track but there are bicycles available at a minimal cost (in addition to what has been paid for the house ... and must be requested before the date of the arrival). For me though walking around to admire the beautiful surroundings would be the best choice.
